Innoventive Industries: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Newspaper Publication

Dear Sir/Madam
The undersigned is writing to your office, as the Liquidator of Innoventive Industries Limited (IIL), currently under liquidation.
On 08 December 2017, the Honble Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench) ordered the commencement of liquidation of IIL and appointed the undersigned as the Liquidator of IIL with effect from 8 December 2017.

Now in terms the provisions of the IBC and IBBI (Liquidation process) 2016, made thereunder, we are publishing the public announcement under Regulation 12 of (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016, requesting prospective bidders towards purchase of the asset (s), are invited under the process of E-Auction of the corporate Debtor.

A copy of Public Announcement is enclosed and also been uploaded on the companys website www.innoventive.in.
