We would like to inform you that Ms. Sona Bachani Independent Director of the Company vide her letter dated July 27 2026 have tendered her resignation from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director from the Board of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on July 27 2026. Consequently she shall also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairperson of Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.The Board of Directors of the Company place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Ms. Sona Bachani during her association with the Company as an Independent Director.
