1. The Board has elevated the position of Mr. Ratish Tagde and approved his appointment as the Chairman of the Board. He will be designated Founder and Chairman of the Company. His appointment is made effective from February 09, 2016 for a period of five years.
2. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Ganesh Kumar as the Managing Director w.e.f February 09, 2016 for a period of five years.
