Notice is hereby given that the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 20 Downtown, Maharshi Karve Road, Churchgate, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400 020 at 3.30 P.M.
Further Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remained closed from Thursday, September 14, 2017 to Wednesday, September 20, 2017 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Annual General Meeting proposed to be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
The Annual Reports have already been dispatched to the Members.
