In compliance with regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the Board of the Company at its meeting held on 04.11.2019 has approved setting up of a BOPP film line in Thailand by SRF Industries (Thailand) Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) at a total cost of USD 50 million (equivalent to Rs. 350 Crores (approx.)).
