Sita Shree Food Products: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and clarification issued by BSE Limited vide its circular dated April 2 2019 bearing no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with immediate effect (i.e. 1st July 2019) for the Designated Persons and shall remain closed until the forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2019.

The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 will be intimated in due course.
