Tilaknagar Industries: Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday March 30 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the following:a. Appointed Ms. Dipti Todkar Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(Membership No.: A21676) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and designated as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from March 30 2022 and took note of the cessation of Mr. Priya Dubey as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 30 2022;b. Authorized Mr. Amit Dahanukar Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Ajit A Sirsat Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Dipti Todkar Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company jointly and severally to determine materiality of an event or information and sign and issue requisite disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations on behalf of the Company.
