1. Un-audited Financial Results:Considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30.06.2026 (prepared as per IND AS). A copy of the unaudited Financial Results duly recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company together with the Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith.2. Annual General Meeting:The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on Tuesday September 29 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 read with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
