In continuance to our earlier letter dated 30.08.2023 kindly note that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Company has is not required to close its Register fof Members and the share transfer books for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. Therefore Notice given earlier for book closure of register of Member and share transfer Books from 25th August 2023 to September 20th 2023 (both days inclusive) shall stand withdrawn by the Company.
