Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the current term of Mr. Rajesh Subramaniam Managing Director & CEO of the Company will expire on 31st July 2019 by efflux of time. Mr. Subramaniam has expressed a desire not to seek reappointment.
Mr. Vipul Khanna Executive Vice President & Global Head of Cognizant Digital Operations has accepted the Companys offer for appointment as its Managing Director & CEO with effect from 2nd August 2019.
The above matters will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its next meeting scheduled on 2nd August 2019.
