Coromandel International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company ( Coromandel International Ltd) has considered and approved May 29, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of allotment of Shares of the Company to the Shareholders of Liberty Phosphate Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Honble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad and Honble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
