Saurashtra Cement Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday 7th November 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter & Half Year ended 30th September 2025. The exchange was intimated on 23rd September 2025 that the trading window stands closed from 24th September 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2025. Accordingly trading window shall stand open from 10th November 2025.
