TCM: Corporate Update-Execution Of A Lease Agreement With M/S Better Feeds Pvt Ltd For Taking On Lease Of Commercial Factory And Space Owned By Them At Palakkad Kerala For The Purpose Of Production Of Poultry Feeds

In accordance with the provisions of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform our shareholders that your company has entered into a lease agreement for a period of 11 months as a lessee for taking on lease of the commercial factory and office space of built up area of 10 760 Sq Ft at Palakkad Kerala presently owned by M/s Better Feeds Pvt Ltd for the production of Poultry feeds.
