Veto Switchgears And Cables: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the provisions of the "Code of Conduct" for trading in Listed Securities of Veto Switchgears and Cable Limited the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons from Thursday January 1st 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting in which unaudited financials results for the third quarter ending 31st december 2025 shall be considered/approved.
