Prabhhans Industries: Submission Of The Revised Limited Review Report Along With The Financial Result Duly Bearing The UDIN Of The Statutory Auditor

This is with reference to the outcome of Board Meeting dated 12-02-2026 filed by the Company wherein the Limited Review Report (LRR) was submitted without the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of the Statutory Auditor due to maintenance activity being carried out on the ICAI UDIN portal. The said fact was duly disclosed in the earlier filed Limited Review Report as well.The Company remains firmly committed to the principles of transparency full and fair disclosure and strict adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in the interest of its stakeholders. In continuation thereof we are hereby submitting the revised Limited Review Report along with the UDIN and the financial results of the Company as soon as the same has become available.
