Prabha Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29(1)(d) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Rights Issue Committee is scheduled to be held on Friday February 27 2026 to inter alia consider and approve the terms and conditions of the rights issue including determination of the issue price issue size record date and Rights Entitlement ratio subject to the receipt of in-principle approval from the stock exchange or such other regulatory authorities as may be required and to consider other business items if any.
