In terms of Clause 7 of the Code of conduct for prevention of insider Trading in Companys shares / securities (copy already forwarded), the Trading Window for buying/ selling/dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 9th May, 2018 to 29th May, 2018 (both days inclusive).
