The Board of Directors of the Companys material subsidiary Panacea Biotec Pharma Limited ("PBPL") has in its meeting held on 13.02.2025 appointed Dr. Sanjay Trehan as Whole-time Director for a term of 3 years w.e.f. 13.02.2025.We would also like to inform the change in Senior Management Personnel of PBPL due to change in internal role responsibilities and reporting structure. The details pursuant to the SEBI Circular dated 13.07.2023 is attached herewith.
