This is with reference to our Letter No. SECT/12/2018/14 and SECT/01/2019/09 dated December 31 2018 and January 08 2019 respectively whereby intimation was made that trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the R Systems International Limited (Company) will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended December 31 2018.
In this regard we wish to inform you that the Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended December 31 2018 and other businesses as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 08 2019 and thus the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company in accordance with R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders will be opened from Monday February 11 2019.
