VRL Logistics: Closure of Trading Window

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Boad of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons the Trading window will be closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours from declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Accordingly all the Designated persons and their relatives are advised not to deal trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading window.
