Further please take note that vide letter dated June 25th 2026 we have informed you about the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1 2026 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
