1. Unaudited Quarterly Accounts:
Considered and reviewed by the audit committee and adopted by the Board the Unaudited
Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30 th June 2018.
2. Fixation of Annual General Meeting:
The 27 th Annual General Meeting of the company is to held on Saturday, 29 th Day of September 2018 at 14:00 hrs
3. Approval of Annual General Meeting Notice and Directors Report:
The Draft Annual General Meeting Notice and Draft Directors Report is approved by the Board.
4.REgister of members and share transfer books of our Company will remain closed from 20th september,2018 to 29th september 2018 in connection with AGM ofthe Company held on 29.09.2018
