Universal Cables Limited has informed that as per Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons (the Code) framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including the amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed with effect from 1st October 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2019.
