BLS International Services: Update On Strike Off Of Reired BLS International Services Private Limited Wholly Owned Subsidiary Of BLS International Services Limited.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in continuation of our earlier corporate announcement dated November 11 2025 where it was informed to the Exchanges that the Company has approved closure/ strike off of Reired BLS International Services Private Limited (WOS of the Company). The said closure/ strike off was expected to be completed by March 31 2026. We would like to update that the Reired BLS International Services Private Limited has already submitted e-Form STK-2 with all the relevant documents as required for voluntary strike off with the Registrar of Companies Delhi (RoC) NCT of Delhi. The current status of Reired BLS International Services Private Limited on master data of MCA is Under process of Striking Off.
