This is to inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (NCLT), upon an application made by the Liberty Group PTE Ltd. (applicant), pursuant to Section 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) passed an order dated 25th April 2018, made available on May 01, 2018 in IA 143 of 2018 in IA 139 of 2018 in CP 53 of 2017, allowing the period of pendency of IA 139 of 2018 to be exempted from computing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period of ABG Shipyard Limited, i.e., from the date of filing of the said IA 139 of 2018which is 19th April 2018 till the final disposal of IA 139. Please find attached, a copy of the said order dated April 25, 2018, for your reference and records.
The next hearing in the said matter is scheduled on 7th May 2018.
