This is with reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI\HO\DDHS\CIR\P\2018 /144 Dated November 26 2018 in respect of fund-raising by issuance of debit securities by Large Entities and disclosure compliance thereof by such large Corporate. In this regard we hereby confirm that our Company S T Services Limited does not fall under the category of Large Corporate (LC) as on March 31 2023 as per the applicability framework provided under the aforementioned circular.
