QUANTUM DIGITAL VISION (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2020 inter alia to consider and approve The Board Meeting for the approval of Financial Result as per Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations will be held on Friday 13th November 2020 to consider and approve inter alia:
a) The Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2020;
b) Any other matter with permission of chair.
Further kindly note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial Result.
