This is to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015(as amended) read with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the Code) the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company in any manner shall remain closed from Thursday 01st April 2021 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2021.
