Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received a communication from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) through its online portal regarding the levy of penalty for alleged non- compliance pertaining to Surveillance and Investigation under reference NSE/INVG/56395 dated April 17 2023.In this regard NSE Limited has imposed penalty of INR 2 25 700/- on the Company. The Company will submit the necessary waiver application to NSE Limited within prescribed timeline.We request you to kindly take the same on record.
