Shree Pacetronix: Disclosure Under Regulation 29(2) Of The SEBI (Substantial Acquisition Of Shares And Takeovers) Regulations 2011 ('SEBI (SAST) Regulations')

We have received intimation from Mr. Akash Sethi (Promoter & Managing Director) pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations regarding acquisition of 75 150 Equity Shares representing 2% of the expanded share capital of our Company post-acquisition pursuant to conversion of 75 150 warrants issued vide Preferential Allotment in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. In this regard we are submitting herewith disclosure received from Mr. Akash Sethi pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
