State Bank of Travancore [Merged]: Closure of Trading Window

State Bank of Travancore has informed BSE that, in view of the Board Meeting of the Bank scheduled to be held on February 01, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) financial results of the Bank for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016, the Trading Window for dealings in Securities of the Bank will remain closed from January 27, 2017 to February 03, 2017 (48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting) for the 'Connected Persons' of the Bank only, as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Trading Window will open on February 06, 2017 for such connected persons of the Bank (as February 04, 2017 and February 05, 2017 are Saturday and Sunday).
