1. Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ended on 30th June 2021.
2. Revision of Terms of Appointment of Mr. Chetan A. Patel(DIN: 00185194) Whole Time Director of the Company from a period of 5 years to 3 years with effect from 15th December 2020 to 14th December 2023 subject to approval of members in the ensuing general meeting.
