This is to inform you that Board of Directors of JSW Cement Limited has in its meeting held today i.e. on 4th February 2026 interalia considered and approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Parth Jindal as the Managing Director and Mr. Pankaj Kulkarni as an Independent Director of the Company.
