Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide a circular resolution passed on November 04, 2016 has approved the declaration of First Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Re. 1 each being 150% on paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 129.02 Crores for the financial year 2016-17.
