Sharvaya Metals: Closure of Trading Window

We (Sharvaya Metals limited) wish to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 amended and the Companys code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders the "Trading Window" for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons including their immediate relatives and connected persons as covered under the Code of the Company from Wednesday April 01 2026 till the end of 48hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31 2026.
