Elder Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had informed earlier that Board Meeting of the Company will be held on August 25, 2015, for approving the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended as well as 12 months period ended June 30, 2015.
Due to Lock at quorum the Board could not meet on August 25, 2015 and hence stand adjourned to next week i.e. on September 01, 2015 whereat the approval of audited financial results for the quarter ended as well as 12 months period ended June 30, 2015 of the Company will be token.
