Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).
Further, as per Company?s Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed on account of consideration of Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, for all designated employees, for the period,
1. from October 25, 2015 to November 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for trading in REC Equity Shares, and
2. from November 2, 2015 to November 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for trading in REC Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.).
The Trading Window will open from November 12, 2015 for trading in REC Equity Shares and REC Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.).
During this period, designated employees and their dependent family members are required not to deal in REC?s Equity Shares / Securities.
