M/s. Brahmayya & co. Chartered Accountant has intimated the their inability to continue as Statutory Auditors and have resigned as the Auditors at the Company vide his Resignation letter Dt. 09.11.2020
Accordingly the Board at its meeting held today appointed M/s. K. S. S. Gangadhar & Co. Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors in the casual vacancy caused by the said resignation. The said appointment shall be placed for shareholders the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting
