Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 12 2019 to June 14 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 04 2019.
The final dividend if declared at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to shareholders on or after July 04 2019.
