Arihant Capital Markets Ltd ('Manager to the Open Offer') on behalf of Mr. Dhirajlal G. Hirpara and Mr. Jitendra G. Hirpara (?Acquirers?) has informed this Post Offer Announcement to the Equity shareholders of Champion Finsec Ltd ('Target Company'), pursuant to Regulation 18 (12) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011, as amended (?SEBI SAST Regulations?) in respect of Open Offer to acquire 33,83,432 Equity Shares, constituting 26% of the fully diluted voting Equity Share Capital of the Target Company.
