CHL: Closure of Trading Window

This is inform you that pursuant to Schedule B Clause 4 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons adopted by the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the company shall be closed for all the Directors Promoters KMPs and other Designated Persons/Employees and their immediate relative w.e.f. 01st April 2026 on account of declaration of Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ending on 31st March 2026 and continue to remain closed till forty hours post declaration of the said financial Results.
