Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide its circular dated 14th July 2021 has expelled the membership of the Company as trading member. The circular is annexed herewith this disclosure.
National Stock Exchange of India Limited had further clarified that as per sub-rule 4(A) & 5 under Rule 8 of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rule 1957 (SCRR) which provides for disqualification on persons from holding the office of a Director which had been a Member of the Exchange and has been declared defaulter or expelled by the stock exchange. The list of directors of disqualified as per above mentioned rule is annexed to the circular issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
