In continuation to our earlier letter dated 7th January, 2019, regarding Board meeting on 30th January, 2019 to consider and approve, inter alia, Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018, we now wish to inform that at the said Board meeting, the Board will also consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19.
