Ashoka Buildcon Limited informs that Mr. Michael Pinto who was appointed w.e.f. April 01 2014 for the first term of consecutive 5 years as an Independent Director has ceased to be a Director on the Board of Directors of the Co. w.e.f. 31st March 2019. Mr. Pinto has opted not to offer himself for re-appointment for the 2nd term as an Independent Director.
