We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 14th February 2019 inter-alia to:
i) Consider approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018.
ii) Consider and approve declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2018-19.
The Company has fixed Saturday the 23rd February 2019 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares if declared by the Board.
Further please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 7th February 2019 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on 14th February 2019.
