Nelcast Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. P. Divya - Director (IT & Strategy) has resigned as whole-time director of the Company with effect from May 16, 2014, as she has been appointed as Managing Director in the Companys subsidiary Company, NC Energy Ltd. She will continue as Director of the Company.
