Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that by Order dated July 08, 2015 in C.A.No. 611-619 of 2015 in C.P.No. 102 of 2014, the Honble High Court has at the instance of the Bondholders postponed the aforesaid meetings to October 05, 2015 and October 06, 2015 respectively to facilitate discussion with the Bondholders to propose a modified scheme acceptable to the Bondholders. Accordingly the aforesaid meetings of the equity shareholders (through Postal Ballot/E-voting) and of the holders of FCCB are postponed to October 05, 2015 and October 06, 2015 respectively.
