The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2019 has mandated the closure of Trading window from the end
of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
In view of the aforesaid it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company has been closed with immediate effect i.e. immediately on close of Trading Hours on BSE & NSE on March 31 2021 (Wednesday) and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2021.
