Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 31th August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve un-audited Financial Statements of the Company (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.Further please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 24th August, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of decision of Board of Directors regarding payment of Interim Dividend to Stock Exchanges on 31st August, 2017. This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29, 42 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
