ABans Enterprises: Outcome of Board Meeting

This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. 31st August, 2017, inter-alia approved/ considered the following business:

1. The 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th September, 2017 at 4.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at 36/37/38A, 3rd Floor, 227, Nariman Bhavan, Backbay Reclamation, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021;

2. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 22nd September, 2017 to 29th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company;

3. The Board approved the Notice of AGM of the Company, Directors Report, Management Discussion Analysis Report and Corporate Governance Report for convening 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company and

4. Appointment of Scrutinizer to scrutinize the voting and remote e-voting process of the 31st Annual General Meeting, in a fair and transparent manner.
